Tell Us About Your Plans on the Water

Send the details of your boat and what you need. We answer in writing with what can be arranged, and nothing is booked or charged until you accept those terms.

Send an Enquiry

This form is an enquiry, not a reservation. There is no booking system on this website, so a date you enter below is a preference and not a held slot. We read enquiries in the order they arrive and do not promise a reply time. If you need to reach us sooner, write to inquiry@wildstarharbor.com or call +81 97-973-5309 by appointment.

How We Quote

You will not find a rate table on this page, and that is deliberate. A berth for a nine-metre sailboat and one for a twenty-metre cruiser are not priced alike, the same job on two engines is not the same job, and a water-sports day depends on group size and the weather window. We would rather give you one correct figure in writing than three guesses on a web page. Prices we quote are stated tax-inclusive (税込) unless the quote says otherwise.

Payment, Cancellation and Changes

We do not take payments through this website, and nothing here is charged automatically. Charges, the payment method, the due date and the cancellation terms are written in each quote and apply only after you accept it in writing. General information required under Japanese law is set out in our Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Questions Before You Write

Short answers to what boat owners most often ask. If yours is not here, put it in the message box.

What happens after you send the form

1. We read your details

The form delivers your message to our mailbox through the formsubmit.co relay. If you do not receive a reply, write to inquiry@wildstarharbor.com; a relay can fail, and your message may not have arrived.

2. We reply in writing

The reply sets out the options for your case, any questions we still need answered, and the charges that apply. It may suggest a visit.

3. You confirm, or you do not

An arrangement exists only once you have confirmed it in writing and we have confirmed it back. Until then nothing is reserved on your behalf.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book a berth or activity directly on this website? +

No. The website has no booking engine and shows no live availability. You send an enquiry, we reply in writing, and an arrangement exists only when you have confirmed it in writing.

Do I need insurance for my boat? +

Marinas and repair yards commonly ask for third-party liability cover on a boat in their care. We tell you what is asked for in your particular case. We do not sell insurance and do not recommend a provider.

Is there a limit on boat size or type? +

Every berth has its own depth, width and length. We publish no single limit. Send the dimensions and we tell you whether a berth that suits the boat can be arranged.

Can I ask about water sports without a boat of my own? +

Yes. Say which activity, how many people and which days suit you. If the activity must be run by a registered operator or a qualified instructor, we tell you who that is before you agree to anything.

Who does the maintenance work? +

Our estimate names the technician or yard that would carry out each job. Where a job needs a qualified person or a licensed yard, we say so in the estimate and you can ask for their details before you accept.

How quickly will I hear back? +

We read enquiries in the order they arrive and cannot promise a fixed time. If a week has passed without an answer, please write to inquiry@wildstarharbor.com directly in case the form message did not reach us.

What happens in a typhoon or storm? +

Typhoon season matters for any boat in Japanese waters. A mooring or storage plan we propose states how the boat is secured, what you are expected to do before a forecast storm, and who to contact. We do not guarantee against weather damage, and you should keep your own insurance in place.
