The short version: wildstarharbor.com does not set cookies, and it does not write anything to your browser's local or session storage. That is why you see no cookie banner. This page explains what the pages do load from other companies, so that you can judge for yourself.
Cookies and storage on this website
The pages on this website contain no analytics code, no advertising or remarketing tags, no social-media widgets and no embedded video or maps. We do not use cookies to remember you between visits, and the menu, the question-and-answer panels and the back-to-top button work without storing anything.
What is loaded from elsewhere

Plain-language definitions
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to keep, usually so that the site can recognise you on a later visit. Local storage is a similar space in your browser that a page can write to without a cookie. A third-party request is a page asking a different company's server for something, such as a font file, which tells that server your IP address and which browser you use. Of the three, only the third happens on this website.
How you can check this yourself
You do not have to take our word for it. Open any page of this website, then open your browser's developer tools (usually the F12 key). Under the storage or application tab, the cookie and local-storage lists for wildstarharbor.com stay empty. Under the network tab, reload the page and you will see requests to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com for the typefaces, and nothing to any analytics or advertising company. If you find something that does not match this page, please tell us at inquiry@wildstarharbor.com, and we will correct either the site or the page.
Why we chose this
A harbor enquiry site does not need to follow its visitors around. People come to ask about a berth, a visit or a repair, they write to us, and that is the end of it. Leaving out analytics and advertising scripts keeps the pages light, avoids a consent banner you would have to click through, and means there is less of your data for anyone to handle. The cost is that we do not know how many people read a page, and we are content with that.
Shared devices and private browsing
Because the website stores nothing in your browser, using it on a shared or borrowed computer leaves nothing of ours behind for the next person to find. Your browser's own history, and any record kept by your network or by Google for the font requests described above, are outside this website and outside our control. If you write to us from a shared device, remember that a form you submitted may remain in the browser's autofill or history.
