Wild Star Harbor arranges berth and mooring services, harbor visits, water-sports activities and boat maintenance estimates on request. We do not sell through an online shop or take payment through this website. This notice sets out, in one place, the information that Japanese law asks a business to state, so that it is available before you agree to anything.

Where a third-party operator or yard is involved, their terms also apply and are shown to you first. We do not apply a cooling-off period by default, because arrangements are made individually. Rights that Japanese law gives you as a consumer remain unaffected. |
| Defects in a service (不具合) | If a service is not carried out as confirmed, please tell us in writing as soon as you can. We will look into it and respond, and put right or refund what the law and the confirmation require. |

How a quote and an agreement come about
Every service we describe is arranged individually. You send an enquiry; we reply in writing with what can be arranged, the conditions and the charges for your case; and an arrangement exists only when you have confirmed those terms in writing and we have confirmed them back. Until then nothing is reserved, and you owe nothing. Our Terms of Use set out the same sequence in more detail.
Questions and complaints
If something is unclear in a quote, or a service did not go as confirmed, write to inquiry@wildstarharbor.com with the date and what happened, and we will answer in writing. For general advice on consumer contracts in Japan, you may also contact a consumer affairs centre in your area (the national consumer hotline is 188).
Your rights as a consumer
This notice does not limit any right that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be limited by agreement. Where a third-party harbor, yard or operator carries out part of an arrangement, we show you their conditions before you confirm, and the party responsible for each part is named in the written terms.
