Our office is in Oita City, on the east coast of Kyushu. Please write before you come: harbors, yards and activity sites are confirmed one by one, and visits are arranged by appointment.

We give directions with the confirmation of an appointment, so that they match the place you are actually going to. Parking and public transport differ by site and are described there.

When We Answer
We do not publish opening hours. Enquiries by form or email are read in the order they arrive; calls and visits are by appointment so that someone who knows your enquiry is there to take them.
Note: We do not run an emergency service. For an emergency on the water in Japan, call 118 (Japan Coast Guard); for an ambulance or fire, call 119.

We use what you send to answer you and, if you go ahead, to arrange the berth, visit, activity or repair you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list. The Privacy Policy lists the purposes, the third parties involved and your rights.
Nothing is booked or charged because you wrote to us. An arrangement exists only when you have confirmed the written terms and we have confirmed them back.
